Another year has gone by - think about what you have achieved. Are you satisfied?

If not - make sure you are satisfied by the end of this year.

Set clear goals, make sure they come true or you are at least coming closer to them.

I encourage you to make big changes this year and ensure, that you become the healthiest version of yourself!

  • Improve your sleep

  • Move your body more

  • Eat better foods

  • Spend more time in nature

  • Detox from all the poisons

  • etc.

What I do every year at the end of the last and beginning of the new year, is to set clear goals. Not just something like “I want to hit the Gym more” and quit after a month as many people do.

It is rather clear defined goals instead of habits. If you have a goal in mind, think about it everyday and visualize how it feels to achieve it, you will start creating the right habits to achieve that goal automatically.

Wanting to change habits is the wrong approach. Saying “I want to eat healthier” is not as strong of a goal as “I want to BE healthy”. The first one just implies a habit, but the second one actually implies the end goal. By visualizing that end goal and feeling how it is to achieve it, you will have an easier time creating those habits necessary to achieve that goal.
